Refund and Returns Policy

At safety-stop, we prioritize customer satisfaction and product quality. Our refund and return policy is designed to ensure a smooth and transparent process in case you need to return or exchange any of our products.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in their original packaging and unused condition.

  • Only physical products purchased directly from safety-stop are eligible for returns.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications are not eligible.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.

  • Exchanges are processed for the same product or a similar item of equal value.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened storage devices (e.g., SSDs, NAS drives, USB drives).

  • Products damaged due to improper installation or use.

  • Clearance or final-sale items.

Shipping for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

  • In case of defective or wrong items received, safety-stop will cover the return shipping expenses.
